4.Service Agreement

Money transfers will normally be paid to the Receiver in Cash or Bank deposit after validation of Sender information which may take up to 24 hours. Express Remit has tie up arrangement with Local Banks in Destination countries for payment disbursement.

5.Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to ask for your IDENTITY, SOURCE OF FUNDS and PROOF OF ADDRESS at any time and it's our sole discretion to cancel the transaction due to compliance checks, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms and conditions.

6.Cancellations & Refund

You have the option to request transaction cancellation directly through the app. Depending on the destination jurisdiction, cancellation timings may vary. Once your transaction is cancelled, the refund will be automatically processed to your orignal method of payment.

We are unable to refund any fees charged by your card issuer, so please contact them if you have any further queries.
